HSI is looking for talented, professional consultants to add to our team. At present, we are only seeking
consultants with strong, documentable experience (skill levels and references will be checked). We prefer
independent consultants, but will also consider hourly employees. Our needs change frequently so please,
even if our needs don't suit yours right now, send us your resume anyway. We'll keep it on file for future
reference.
Unlike many other consultant firms, HSI will tell you what we are billing for your services.
We subtract a flat rate (for hourly assignments) or a flat percentage (for fixed bid assignments) and will advise you of the specifics before asking you to accept an assignment. We definitely want
to maximize our profits but won't do it by taking advantage of our consultants or our clients. We're working
under a refreshing concept: Charge a fair rate and pay consultants what they deserve rather than what we
can get away with - clients and consultants will both be happy and the company will do just fine.
